Cancellation of your Order

Please note that all merchandise will not be delivered, but must be collected by the buyer at the next class or club meeting. Under the United Kingdom's Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items from the time of placing the order up to 14 days thereafter. Order cancellations must be made in email, quoting your order number through our Contact page. Once we have received notice of cancellation we will credit your card accordingly and cancel your membership.

• We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

Purchase of paid bookings constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

1. All products and services are subject to availability.

2. The Zoo reserves the right to refuse to trade with individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, including those living in countries where credit/debit card fraud is known to be active. The Zoo will use discretion in these matters and the resultant decision will be final.

3. Customers should refer to The Zoo web site or full information on the Event prior to booking.

4. On successful confirmation of order, the contracts of sale is made between The Zoo and the Customer and shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions.

5. Goods and services are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order as applicable. The Zoo reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time.

6. Confirmed orders will be acknowledged with a confirmation e-mail.

7. Online payments will be handled by PayPal. PayPal will appear on your card statement.

8. The Customer must accept the Booking on delivery. Delivery is deemed to take place when the confirmation e-mail is sent whereupon the risks of loss or damage shall pass to the Customer.

9. No physical tickets are dispatched.

10. No refunds or exchanges of Booking.

11. If you have received a confirmation email, your booking has been made on our system and we will not need further proof of purchase. When you turn up to your class, submit your name to our instructors and they will verify your booking has been made.

12. A non-refundable 20% deposit must be made to secure bookings for Hen Parties, Birthday Parties, Dance Parties, Instructor Hire, and Club Performances. The remaining fees must be paid online before the date of the booking, or by cash or chequeon the day.

13. Bookings remain the property of The Zoo.

Terms & Conditions of Membership

1. One club T-shirt is included in the club's membership. 4 Tshirts (one for every club) are included in the Full Zoo Membership.

2. We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone at any given point. If this is the case, we will refund your account with the debited amount.

3. Membership to any of our clubs will grant you free access to any of the Club's Monthly Masterclasses / Open sessions, but do not include any of the following: weekly sessions, competition entries, competition rehearsal fees or additional club uniforms. These must be purchased separately. Full Zoo Membership is the only membership that grant members free access to other clubs' masterclasses.

4. Richmond Dance members receive 50% discount on all club masterclasses

5. Data submitted via the membership form will remain strictly confidential and shall only be used for administration purposes.

6.  As a member of any of our clubs, you are not be regarded as an employee, worker or professional. You will be regarded as a Club Member. Therefore any monetary compensation will be regarded as a return of expense and must be invoiced to The Zoo.

Liability of Participation

As participants of any of our activities, classes and workshops you agree to the following statement: "I understand that dance and cheerleading has an inherent danger in participation, and that in spite of all precautions and accident preventatives, injuries do occur. I intend to be legally bound and do, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge all claims which may arise now or in future which I may accrue against The Zoo and any of their members and employees for any and all injuries suffered by my myself while attending and participating in any cheerleading activities."
